Duties and Responsibilities
Support the sales and marketing team to discover, assess and evaluate prospects’ challenges/opportunities and suggest an execution plan to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Power Apps solutions
Implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps
Provide training and post-implementation support to end users
Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance over the phone or email
Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Requirements
Diploma/Degree or professional certification in Accountancy/Business Administration/Information Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps or similar business applications implementation experience
Possess good analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills
Available for overseas travel
Work location: Singapore / Petaling Jaya (Malaysia)
